Donors are requested to have acknowledged and accepted the following Cancellation and Return Policy.

1. Once the donation is made it can not be cancelled.
2. Once the donation is made it can not be returned.
3. Donations cannot be refunded except in case of credit card fraud or duplicate transactions. Please email anugrahaorga@gmail.com within 5 days of payment to request a refund.
4. All rights related to cancellation and refund are reserved with ANUGRAHA ORGANIZATION.
5. We may change these cancellation and refund policies without any prior notice, we will update the policies on our website anugrahaorga.com and/or donate.anugrahaorga.com
6. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at Byadagi.
